Holiday Photo Sessions of 2025. Toledo, Ohio Pet and Family Portraits.
We want to wish you all Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year! We hope to share some holiday cheer through these adorable pet and family photos we took. We got to photograph adults, children, dogs and even a couple cats in front of our holiday sets. It was such a pleasure to connect with returning friends and new ones.
It’s so important to celebrate your loved ones all year but it is a perfect excuse to do it around the holidays. All year round, we gladly welcome dogs, cats, birds and anything else that fits through our studio door. Making a safe and welcoming environment for all our visitors is a top priority. We are on a mission to make it as easy as possible to include furry family members in your holiday photo fun.
This was year number three creating our holiday sessions to be a partial fundraiser for local rescue organization, Planned Pethood. We even had to privilege to photograph some Planned Pethood alumni. We want to thank everyone that supported us and animal rescue by participating. This year we raised $770 to support local rescue dogs and cats in the Toledo area.
Here are some of the photos we captured for local families and their pets!

What do you see when you look in the mirror? Do you see a strong individual, a good friend, a loving companion? Do you see the echo of the family that raised you? Do you see the person you could be if you were only given the chance? Just like people, dogs are shaped by their experiences and are a reflection of their environments.
Their brand has incorporated pets from day one. Resident shop dog, Penny, is truly the face of the business and Jupmode has a merch collection that is just for pet owners. At one point, my own dogs had polaroids on their “puppers only” board. The Jupmode brand has combined the love of this city and the love of pets in a beautiful way.
VOTING CLOSED Vote: 9th Annual Pet Photo Session Giveaway 2026. Toledo, Ohio Pet Photographer. Time to choose a winner!
We hope to share some holiday cheer through these adorable pet and family photos we took. We got to photograph adults, children, dogs and even a couple cats in front of our holiday sets. It was such a pleasure to connect with returning friends and new ones.
Pets are an integral part of many people’s lives and add deep meaning and value to their families. Pets can be our best friends; a member of the family and the annoying siblings or children we never knew we needed. We chose pet photography because we wanted to capture the unique personalities of pets, the cherished moments between them and their owner, and to draw attention to the bond that exists between them.
Homeless and feral cats are a truly colossale issue right now. To see a cat cafe open in the area, essentially a foster home for a number of adoptable cats, was so encouraging. I really enjoyed to meeting Tallie, the director, and all of the fluffs in their care.
I'm not originally from Toledo—I moved here in 2016—and for a while, I struggled to feel at home. But since opening my business and putting down roots, Toledo finally feels like a place filled with hope and opportunity.
It’s that time again, time to vote for the winner of a photo shoot with us. We want to share the wonderful pets who are entered in our FLUFF-uary photo session giveaway. Though these 23 animals are all very worthy of photos, only one can win.
There are so many people in the Toledo area who adore their animal companions. They deserve to know about all the local creators and entrepreneurs working to stand out among the giant corporations. Jessica and I decided that this year is going to be about our dream to expand and enrich the pet community in Northwest Ohio.
Some of our favorite moments include: watching a Labrador get frustrated they couldn’t fit every tennis ball in their mouth, seeing an owner sit patiently with their dog who wasn’t comfortable joining the play and getting soaked by a stampede of dogs running through the shallow end.
So here is part two, which mostly contains the medium size dog group. This group loved the water and loved running up to us to shake their wet fur all over our equipment. We knew what we were getting into.
We have been on the lookout for a dog pool party to document. Not only is it a wonderful opportunity to practice some action photography skills, but witnessing dogs having the time of their lives is kind of intoxicating. We also love getting involved with Toledo area pet owners. When we noticed Glass City Dog Park share their event on social media, we reached out to see if they would like us to come take photos of the Jack’s Pooch Plunge.
“They were so good with Pearl and gave her time to investigate and get comfortable in the studio before getting started! All the snackies made Jessica her new best friend, while Rebecca expertly snapped away, getting the best dog smiles and perfect poses!”
We are always looking for new ways to learn, improve, and challenge ourselves as photographers and animal lovers. Having 4 goats in the studio was definitely that and more. I was well aware that having goats in the studio would not be practical and would be messy (I may have sat in pee) but documenting the beauty and personality of these animals was worth the effort.
At the end of last year, Jessica and I decided we wanted to personalize our client experience a little more. We reached out to Tori about designing a custom collar charm for Trumbull Photography. Tori joined us in-person for a consult/brainstorming session to pin down what we were looking for.
We are such hound lovers, he tugged on our heart strings. We went to meet him and knew he needed to come home with us. He and Sloane met and we knew he would be staying. Instant best friends.
